Quest: My son insists on going down to Ragol, and won't take no for an answer.

He said "I'll be hiding at the Seaside, so you'll have to find me!"
But my mom won't allow me to go down to Ragol.
No one believes my story, just because I'm a kid.
Can you please go down to Ragol for me?
And can you go get my gift from that purple man?
